Organically grown meat

We produce organically raised pork, beef and meat chickens. All these animals are ranged on pasture and moved regularly which gives the meat a unique and excellent flavour and ensures maximum nutritional benefits for the consumer. All our meat is butchered at either Turtles Premium Meats in Wauchope or Lighthouse Meat and Poultry in Port Macquarie, who understand our unique requirements and can cater to any requests such as preservative free sausages or nitrate free bacon or ham.

Because our farming methods are more labour intensive, and we use only the highest quality grain for our chickens and pigs, our price point is higher than conventionally raised meat but we believe the proof is in the eating! Our meat is available direct from the farm or we have the option for you to purchase wholesale meat (1/4 or 1/2 beef bodies or a whole or 1/2 pig) which are butchered to your requirements. We also regularly deliver eggs to Port Macquarie so may be able to deliver your meat straight to your door! More information is available on this brochure – Meat Brochure.
